What's included in Montreal Cooking Class - Learn to make Dim Sums
(Subject to Option Inclusions)Join your host John at his apartment in Montreal's Little Italy neighborhood for a Mauritian-inspired dim sum meal. In your Montreal cooking class learn to cook a traditional Mauritian meal, you will be using recipes passed down from John's grandmother. Your cooking class will last about one hour during which you will learn to make 1-2 dishes. You will learn to cook dim sum or local Mauritius dumplings or spring rolls. Learn about the techniques that go into making the perfect Mauritius-inspired dim sum before you sit down together to enjoy the meal you helped prepare.
