- Enter Bayside Marketplace, walk toward the water, then right toward Hard Rock Cafe. Check in at the Miami Water Taxi kiosk near the Mambo Cafe steps. Parking is available in the attached garage or metered spots on Biscayne Blvd.

Please aim to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Check-in closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you miss the boat there are no refunds as there are strict reservations. Be sure to go to the bathroom at Bayside Marketplace before boarding the boat as there are no bathrooms on the island or on the boat. Eco-friendly sunscreen is provided. Regular sunscreen is not allowed. If you need to reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM. There is a $25 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds
