Early in the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and travel to Ollantaytambo or Poroy train station. From there, board the train to Aguas Calientes, enjoying spectacular views of the Sacred Valley. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, an agency staff will guide you to a bus for a 30-minute ride up to Machu Picchu. At the entrance, present your ticket and ID to begin a 2.5-hour guided tour of the citadel. Discover its fascinating history, Inca architecture, and spiritual meaning while taking panoramic views. After the tour, return by bus to Aguas Calientes for free time to explore the town. In the afternoon, board the return train to Ollantaytambo or Poroy. Upon arrival, agency staff will transport you back to Cusco, where you will arrive around 8:30 p.m. End of the services.
The day before the tour, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email to coordinate the time of the briefing, which will take place at your hotel. During this meeting, our staff will explain the tour in detail and will give you the train and bus tickets, and the entrances to Machu Picchu. We will also confirm the exact pick-up time at your hotel on the day of the tour.
