• ‌Kifune Shrine‌——A natural air-conditioned room in the back mountain of Kyoto. During the flowing riverbed cuisine, the gurgling stream flows under your feet. • Since this group activity is a group tour, there may be guests from other countries and languages traveling with you
• Regarding the arrangement of seats, we follow the principle of first come, first served. Guests who are prone to motion sickness are requested to arrive at the meeting point in advance
• Regarding the arrangement of tour guides: We provide driver-guide services (1-13 people exquisite small groups are guided by drivers and drivers do not get off the bus to accompany; 14-49 people bus groups are independent guides, and the actual number of people will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day)
• Regarding the arrangement of luggage: If you want to carry luggage, please note it in the special needs. The luggage fee is JPY2000 per piece, and you should pay the driver or tour guide in cash on the day
• Regarding the arrangement of meals: The journey is long, so it is recommended that you bring your own light meals and water
• There will be walking distances during the trip, please wear comfortable shoes and clothes
• During the weekends and red days in Japan, you may encounter traffic jams during the trip, and the attractions will end operations early. We will reduce or shorten the itinerary according to the actual situation. I hope you can understand that the tour guide or driver will do his best to serve you well.
• Please do not make dinner reservations, as you will not be able to catch the flight or Shinkansen on the same day.
• Please make sure that the reserved communication APP can contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance.
• We will send the vehicle information and tour guide information for the next day's trip to your mailbox before 20:00 the day before the trip. Please check it carefully (it may be in the trash).

• Reference vehicle type: 5-8 seat car: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seat car: Toyota HAICE of the same level; 18-22 seat car: minibus; 22 seat car and above: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only and will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on the day.
• The minimum number of people in the group is 4. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 4 days before the departure date.
• If there are bad weather conditions such as typhoons and blizzards, the tour will be cancelled 1 day before departure (18:00 local time) and will be notified by email at any time afterwards.
• Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothes (if necessary).

• The company is not responsible for the inability to join the tour or the poor quality of the scenery due to force majeure such as traffic and weather, and cannot refund or reschedule. Please understand.

• The company will not refund if the traveler abandons the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the designated time and do not be late. Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you must bear the corresponding losses yourself. • Children under 3 years old who need to occupy a seat must purchase a ticket at the same price as adults, and a note is required.
• Vehicle type: Vehicles are dispatched based on the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, a driver and accompanying personnel will be arranged to provide full-time travel services, and no additional tour leader will be dispatched. Please note.
• After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred, but additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passengers themselves.
