  • The bus will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals. If you miss the bus due to lateness, refunds will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Leaving the group mid-tour is not allowed. If you choose to leave the tour partway, the remaining itinerary will be considered forfeited and non-refundable. Any incidents that occur after leaving the group are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

  • Tour schedule, transportation, and stop durations may change due to real-time conditions such as traffic or weather. The guide may adjust the visiting order of attractions with the group's agreement, as long as the number of sights is not reduced.

  • The guide will not contact guests in advance. On the day of the tour, please go directly to the meeting point and look for a guide or staff member wearing an "EASY GO" vest or holding an "EASY GO" sign. Please follow the guide’s instructions and arrangements.

  • For 1–13 participants: driver only; for 14–45 participants: driver + tour guide service. Actual arrangements may vary depending on the group size on the day.

  • In the case of a small group, the driver is mainly responsible for driving, and the explanation is supplementary. A brief introduction will be provided on the bus, and no explanation will be given when leaving the bus.

  • During the Spring Break, holidays, or Chinese New Year, the tour may end later than usual due to traffic congestion. In addition, due to other unavoidable reasons, the return time is delayed, causing tourists to have to take a taxi or stay in the hotel, and the operator cannot afford the cost
