- KJet reserves the right to cancel or amend a trip due to weather or unforeseen circumstances at any stage. In this case clients are given an option to rebook or receive a full refund
- KJet manages the hazards of Jet boating on rivers at speed. or the safety and comfort of all passengers, you must listen and follow the instructions of your driver

Purchase Summary
- For children and infants, they must be able to fit into one of the life jackets in order to participate in the KJet experience
- There must be one adult for every infant booked. Children must be accompanied by an adult to ride the Jet Boat
- Infants aged 2-4 years ride free with an accompanying parent or caregiver and must sit on their knee
- Due to safety considerations, pregnant travellers are unable to ride on the Jet boat
- Please note, guest must advise us if you have any medical/physical conditions that may be aggravated by participating in this activity or affect the enjoyment of your ride
- As the jet boat will travel in high speed, it is recommended to bring a waterproof jacket, sunglasses (or goggles in winter), sunscreen, and hats & gloves during winter months
- Onsite storage is available for backpacks or handbags, but it's advisable to leave valuables at home
- As there is chance to get wet during the ride. It is recommended to wear outfits that you don't mind getting wet
- Feel free to bring your camera on board to capture fantastic photo opportunities. However, kindly be advised that there is a possibility of slight moisture exposure during the Jet boating experience. We recommend ensuring that you can securely grip the handrails, particularly during our 360° spins
