Please ensure that you keep your vouchers safe as we cannot issue new passes or process refunds if passes are lost, stolen or partially used
  • Luggage Restrictions: Passengers may bring up to two pieces of luggage, not including carry-ons and smaller bags, each piece may not weigh more than 30kg and its length, width and depth may not add up to more than 250cm, while its length may not exceed 200cm

  • After arriving in Japan, go to the designated locations with the JR paper voucher to redeem the JR Pass When using reserved seating, make sure to reserve seats in advance before boarding
  • Every adult/pass holder can bring up to 2 young children (1–5 years old) for free. The 3rd child (or more) must purchase a child pass 
  • Free for children under 1 year old or children under 6 years old who do not occupy a seat 
  • A child pass will be required for children if they occupy a reserved seat or if they are travelling alone 
  • Each JR Pass is registered with the user's name. Please make sure all info provided during booking is correct. Travellers are responsible for any delay caused by incomplete info, any changes needed due to incorrect info and all incurred fees
