- Due to safety concerns, pets are not allowed to participate in rafting activities. We apologize for your understanding.
- Infants aged 0-5 and seniors aged over 65 are not suitable to participate in this trip.
- If it is determined that the water level on that day is not suitable for the age of rafting, but those who still insist on participating after persuasion must bear all the responsibilities themselves.
- It takes about 2 hours to get to the rafting location from Hualien City. If you want to take a ride at Hualien Railway Station, please pay attention to the train time.
- Those who choose to pick up and drop off at a fixed point in Hualien will be taken back to the originally booked pick-up location from the rafting end point: No. 97, Dagang Village, Fengbin Township, Hualien County.
- Passengers who drive by themselves can choose to park at the starting point or end point. The single-way transfer fee is NT200/person. Please inform in the remarks and pay cash on site.
