Optionally we will meet up and go to the market to buy the foodstuffs for your cooking class. The class would typically take between 3-6 hours depending on the number of people.

Food Menu

STARTER - Soup with (chicken, meat, goat, pork or fish)

It is served with fufu, banku, or rice balls.

MAIN - Jollof rice (chicken, fish, goat or pork)

This is served alongside some kelewele(spicy fried plantain), shito and mixed salad.

DESSERT - Pan-fried cinnamon bananas
