Owakudani Kurotamago Kan
Owakudani is an active volcanic valley in Hakone, Japan, created by an eruption around 3,000 years ago, featuring sulfurous vents, hot springs, and stunning views of Mount Fuji. It's famous for its desolate landscape, volcanic activity, and "black eggs" boiled in the hot springs, which are said to prolong one's life by seven years when eaten.
The Hakone Open-Air Museum
The Hakone Open-Air Museum, opened in 1969, is Japan's first outdoor museum and a significant cultural attraction in Hakone.
The Hakone Pirate Ship cruise operates from three main ports on Lake Ashi, with Tōgendai Port being one of them. From the ship, passengers can enjoy stunning views of Lake Ashi, the surrounding mountains, and on clear days, Mount Fuji.
