- Please arrive at the designated location 20 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- In case of bad weather, typhoons, or snowstorms, you will be notified separately at least 2 hours before departure of the soonest availability of the tour
- Travelers are recommended to prepare a lightweight jacket for sun protection and warmth
- The drone show is an event hosted by the city of Busan and may be canceled in advance or on the day of the event due to adverse weather, communication issues, or scheduling of external events. If the drone show is canceled, refunds will not be provided.
- In the event of a drone show cancellation, the fireworks display will be increased by 2 to 3 times.
- If fireworks cannot be held due to adverse weather conditions, a Polaroid service will be provided as an additional gift.

- Admission is free for infants below 24 months old. Please bring their ID for age verification
- If you plan on bringing an infant, please call the local tour operator to inform them. If the number of passengers is at the limit, we may not accommodate the infant passenger/s
- Travelers driving there may park at APEC Naru Park Public Parking Lot (free and open for 24 hours) or Movie Hall Parking Lot (free for 2 hours)
