1.Meeting point & Sign: The driver will wait at the "exit of the Checked in luggage Claim Area" holding a placard with Mr. Orange Sign and the passenger's name on it, which is easily recognizable. 2 Free waiting time: We provide up to 2 hours of free waiting time, starting from the actual landing time of the flight. This should be sufficient for passengers to go through immigration and collect their checked-in luggage. If passengers do not show up during this waiting time and cannot be contacted, they will miss the car and receive no refund. (We will provide our emergency phone number to the passenger in advance and make every effort to contact them on-site). - Overtime waiting fee: (USD5 or RMB35 per half hour per car), please pay cash to the driver. 3.
