Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity

Children aged 3-13 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Children aged 14+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Children aged 14 – 17 years old can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the tour

Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity

Pregnant women and those who participated in diving the previous day are not suited to this activity

Passengers with medical conditions or that have accessibility issues, please check with your doctor or specialist prior to booking

Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large bags

Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided on every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given

You will need to make your own way to Arro Jet, which is situated at Sea World Cruise Terminal, next to Seaworld Theme Park

The jet boat tour may be taken on a separate day or at a different time on the same day as your ballooning tour; however, you will need to make your own way to Arro Jetboating for all other areas

Check-in time is 30 minutes before departure. Please advise the operator if you would like to take jet boating on another day or at a later time

Please note that no refund for the Arro Jet Boating, as it is a complimentary bonus

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

If your flight time is from April to October (in winter), you need to wear warm clothes to prevent the cold; in other months, there will be warm airflow due to the burning of hot air balloons, so you do not need to wear warm clothes
