Departure from Bologna in the morning with first stop at the Reggiani dairy, a historic company grown thanks to the work and passion of the Reggiani family. At the beginning they were only with a stable and 5 cows but with time and thanks to the constant effort it has become one of the most important dairies in the area. Here you can learn about the various stages of production and of course taste the real Parmesan cheese.

Subsequently at the Pedroni vinegar factory you can taste and learn the history of this ancient family that has been producing authentic Balsamic Vinegar since 1862.

After lunch, a short tasting at ham factory Leonardi in Marano sul Panaro that was founded in 1988 from Aldo Leonardi, a founding partner operating in the slaughtering and processing of pork sector.

N.B in case of lack of availability, other companies will be booked for the visit to the cheese, vinegar and ham factory.

We will be happy to show you how we work. You will see the courtyard with free grazing cows, milking, how do we turn milk into cheese. We will have a chat and you can ask us any questions you want. And if you have children, bring them too: they will see a real farm, with cows and calves, they will have a lot of fun! We are very pleased to show you how you live in the countryside: cultivate the land, raise your animals and live on the fruits of your work. One of our favorite activities is to organize guided tours for school groups. We have been specially chosen to make educational itineraries that explain to children and their parents how organic Parmigiano Reggiano is born.
