  • Children aged below 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 13 +

  • Participants must have a height between 100 cm - 200 cm to join the activity

  • Zipline on standby from 18:00-19:00 for safety checks

  • Present your mobile ticket at the box office. You will be given the next available time slot

  • Timeslots are every hour (the given time is queue time, not launch time)

  • All riders are required to sign a waiver. For kids aged below 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign it
