Your day begins with a comfortable bus ride from Florence to Siena, accompanied by your expert English-speaking tour leader, who will share fascinating stories and insights about this historic Tuscan town along the way. San Gimignano
On the way to San Gimignano you will take in the idyllic Tuscany countryside, with its gentle hills, the vineyard that produce the world renowned Chianti wines, the iconic Cypress and Olive trees. Spot the skyline of the tower houses from far and enjoy your free time in the town, where you will have free time to wander on the narrow streets and admire the architecture of this unique UNESCO world heritage site, famous for its medieval tall buildings and encircling walls. • Clients must arrive at the designated meeting point 20 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time and present their tour voucher to the guides. • If you have difficulty finding the meeting point for your tour or if you have any other issue requiring urgent attention, please phone +39 06 8336 0561. • Our City Wonders guides will be holding a City Wonders tour sign to be easily recognizable at the meeting point. • This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended. • Please let us know of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We can offer an alternative lunch for vegetarians. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours. • Some sites visited lack shade and can be hot under direct sunlight. We recommend brining a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water in warm weather. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated! • Please note that infants do not have a reserved seat on the bus. • Luggage and large bags are not allowed on our tours. • City Wonders is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged.
