With your Xplor admission you’ll have access to every activity at Xplor and the complete freedom to live them in any way you decide. Jump from every zip-line or Hamacuatizaje as many times as you want, or have your dessert before your vegetables at Xplor, you’ll be free to decide how to live the adventure. The destination offers a wide variety of options, cenotes, underground rivers, caverns, and jungle tours in exotic vehicles. all of which can be done in a single adventure park!

- Amphibious vehicle to drive through the jungle, bridges and flooded caverns
- Tour in an underground river aboard a raft, paddling with your hands

- Two circuits of seven zip lines each (3.8 km of total route)

- Hamacuatizaje
- Take cash or a card to buy souvenirs or purchase photos of your visit.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Children under 12 years of age with a height greater than 1.40 m must present identification to prove their age.
- To carry out the zip-line activity and Hamacuatizaje, the maximum weight is 136 kg and the minimum is 40 kg.
- The circumference capacity of the harnesses around the waist is 120 cm and 65 cm around each leg.
- For Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height is 1.10 m
- It is not possible to change the date on the day of your visit
- Travelers will be excluded from the activities due to a medical condition such as a body cast. If they want to go, they can pay their entrance fee (same price) and can stay in the rest area.

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancún Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancún (mall) Puerto Morelos Meeting Point: Hacienda Morelos Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Hotel Aloft Tulum. The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
