We continue our visit to Megalochori , a village dating back to 17th Century. The soil within the area has been fertile therefore there are many vineyards and a few Canavas (old wineries) .
Venetsanos Winery
The wine production continues to be very significant for the Island of Santorini so our visit to a local winery is a must . You will hear the story of the winery, you will ne served by an oenologist specialist and you will learn to distinguish the tastes of Santorini's wines.
