First, you will receive a basic lecture on sushi and how to make it. After that, let's all have fun making our own sushi! The steps to making sushi are explained with 16 illustrations, so even beginners can do it well.

First, you will receive a basic lesson on sushi knowledge and how to make it, and then you can try it. The instructor will teach you slowly and carefully, so even beginners will be fine. Why not try tasting the wasabi? (It's a little spicy!) After making the sushi, you can take a photo and enjoy eating it together! We will give you an original recipe so that you can make it after you return home. You can also experience making matcha during the cours.

  • The nearest station is Shichijo Station on the Keihan Main Line. At Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line (towards Joyo) for one stop and get off at Tofukuji. At Tofukuji, take the Keihan Main Line (towards Demachiyanagi) for one stop and get off at Shichijo. It's about a 6-minute walk from my shop.
