Cajas National Park is a high-altitude area west of Cuenca, Ecuador. It is known for the trails that cut through evergreen cloud forests and its hundreds of lagoons, such as La Toreadora. It is also home to very diverse fauna, such as Andean condors, giant hummingbirds and coatis (animals similar to raccoons).
