IMPORTANT NOTICE: The product is usable only on eSIM compatible devices that are not locked by carrier/network provider(having no SIM restrictions). Before you make your purchase please make sure to research and confirm that your device is eSIM compatible and has no SIM restrictions. Be mindful of cases where the phone model is normally eSIM compatible but because it was manufactured in a country that has banned eSIM technology(i.e China), they do not support eSIM technology. We will not take responsibility or refund cases of customers having incompatible devices.
To check for SIM restrictions: For iPhone - You can check by going to Settings->General section->Tap “About”, read next to “SIM-Lock”, “Carrier Lock” or “Network Provider Lock”.
For Android devices(Samsung based instructions) - You can check by going to Settings->Connections->Mobile Networks->Network Operators->Turn off “Select Automatically”, wait for a bit. If you see a list of multiple different available networks then your phone is unlocked, otherwise it's locked and incompatible.

- There is no meeting point. Your eSIM QR code and setup instructions will be emailed to you 24 hours before your departure. If not received, please check your spam folder. We ensure you stay connected seamlessly during your travels.

The product will be sent via email within the last 24hours prior to the start of your booking - subjected to our store operation hours. As a result "last minute" orders might be served either on the same day or the day after. After you receive your eSIM product please make sure that you have completed all the steps from our quick guide instructions: Quick Guide: 1. Make sure you have a good WiFi connection, preferably not a satellite connection (found on ships or airplanes) nor free WiFis (like cafes or airports), as these might not work. 2. Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add eSIM / Add Cellular plan. 3. Scan the eSIM with your phone’s camera to install it. 4. Find the newly installed eSIM on the list and assign it as the main/primary for cellular data. You might want to deactivate other SIMs/plans, to make sure you avoid charges from data roaming feature. 5. ENABLE data roaming for the newly installed eSIM. 6. Restart your device. During step 3, if you are unable to scan the QR code you can alternatively insert the manual input installation details that we will include in our product email.
