DIY Skagway is a great way to experience Skagway before or after your tours. We Provide Transportation to all of Skagway. We will educate visitors on all the things available in town to visit. (Eateries, Bars, Shopping, Historic Sites and interesting things to do).
The Smart Bus Shuttle has a stop by the end of all cruise ship docks. Shuttles depart every 15 minutes or less 7 am – 9 pm. Show them your reservation and you will receive info on things to see as well as a round trip shuttle taxi ride to the Gold Rush Cemetery and 300’ tall Lower Reid Falls. You decide what interests you and when you want to see it. Your ticket includes transportation and gives you special priority seating on the taxi!

Smart Bus Downtown Shuttle
Downtown Shuttles Start at 7 am and run until 9 pm (or when ship leaves.) 7 days a week. Downtown Shuttles leaves the dock area every 15-20 minutes 7am to 5pm and every 30 minutes after 5pm Taxis are available from 7AM to 1AM on an on-call basis. Please call: 907-612-0902 to arrange your ride. Stops by all Shopping, Eateries, Bars, and more points of interest than I can put here.
Smart Bus Taxi
On Call 8am - 1am daily (pick up anywhere in Town) Departs 5th and Broadway on the top and bottom of the hour 10am to 3pm

Show them your reservation and you will receive a wrist band which will allow you to get on and off the downtown shuttle as you wish as well as a round trip shuttle taxi ride to the Gold Rush Cemetery and 300’ tall Lower Ried Falls. If you sign up on line the list of things to do will be available to you on our website but if you sign up in town you will get your list on our Bus when you get on. The list will give you suggestions on what to do first in order to get set up for experiences that are limited such as the walking tours at the National Park. Now pick the things you want to do and the order you want to do them in. Don’t forget to eat on the ship or in town and have fun.
