Being a transplanted New Yorker with a French twist, bi-lingual and bi-cultural, a foodie, cook and world traveler, I feel I add another dimension to your in-home dining experience. Bordeaux is my new home and I love sharing it with visitors. Having a night out from a restaurant is always a nice change when one is traveling.

aperitif and dinner: Sip on a glass of wine with some nibbles to start then enjoy a French dinner of main course, salad, cheese and dessert.

Depending upon the main course, roasted rosemary potatoes or Thai black rice and apples, pears or prunes with the duck, depending upon the season.
