The Beishan cliff carvings were first carved in the late Tang Dynasty and ended in the Southern Song Dynasty. Together with the Baodingshan Rock Carvings, they are the largest of the Dazu Rock Carvings. They are located on the Beishan Mountain, 2 kilometers north of Dazu District.

The cliff carvings on Baoding Mountain were first carved during the Southern Song Dynasty. Then you will take the bus to Dazu to visit the Dazu Beishan Stone Carvings and Baodingshan Stone Carvings. The first stop is the Dazu Beishan Stone Carvings. The Beishan Cliff Statue was first carved in the late Tang Dynasty and ended in the Southern Song Dynasty. It is the largest stone carving among the Dazu Rock Carvings, along with the Baodingshan Stone Carvings. It is located on the Beishan Mountain 2 kilometers north of Dazu District. With Dafo Bay as the center, it is spread over five places around it, including Guanyin Slope, Yingpan Slope, Foeryan, and Beita Temple, with a total length of more than 500 meters.
- The second stop is the Dazu Baodingshan Stone Carvings. The Baodingshan Cliff Statue was first carved in the Southern Song Dynasty. Buddha statues are carved on the rocks within 2.5 kilometers around, including the Dafo Bay and Xiaofo Bay statues centered on Shengshou Temple.
