What are the requirements for filling in the name in a foreign passport? If a round-trip ticket is booked, what will be the impact of a misunderstanding in the order name?

Please fill in the name in the foreign passport according to the English name entry rules; since the high-speed rail ticket system only supports issuing tickets in English letters, please fill in the English name in the readable area of the passport page when placing an order. When booking a round-trip ticket, please fill in the same order name, otherwise the ticket will fail.

2. About order confirmation

When can the high-speed rail tickets departing within 14 days from now be confirmed? How to deal with high-speed rail tickets that have not been sold for more than 14 days?

High-speed rail tickets departing within 14 days from now can be confirmed at the latest 48 hours before departure after placing an order; for high-speed rail tickets that have not been sold for more than 14 days, please wait patiently for the ticket to go on sale. The operator will process your pre-sale ticket order according to the inventory after the high-speed rail ticket goes on sale

What are the reasons for ticket issuance failure?

Passenger names containing special symbols, passenger names and ID numbers not matching, passengers not filling in nationality information, no tickets for the day, etc. will all lead to ticket issuance failure
