With Changing of the Guards
Begin your day with the iconic Changing of the Guards ceremony at Buckingham Palace. Watch the royal guards in their red uniforms perform a ceremonial handover, accompanied by a military band. Please note that if you book your tour on a Saturday, the viewing of the Changing of the Guards will be replaced by a Royal Walking Tour of Westminster City. You’ll get to see the most iconic monuments of London from outside such as Buckingham Palace, Saint James Park, Big Ben, the House of Parliament…

You will make your own way to the meeting points
• We kindly ask our guests to be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the departure time. Missed tours or tickets due to late arrivals cannot be refunded. Our City Wonders guides / hosts dressed in blue will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition. • Gratuities to guides providing excellent service are appreciated. • There is no Changing of the Foot Guards on Saturday so you'll be provided with a Walking Tour of Westminster City if you book on a Saturday. You may be able to see the Changing of the Horse Guards at Horse Guards parade but that's not guaranteed. • The Changing of the Guard is subject to changes in date, time and cancellation at the discretion of British authorities. Cancellation due to bad weather or other circumstances is not announced before the morning of the ceremony. When this occurs, you will be provided with a walking tour of Westminster instead. No refund will be provided as this is not under our control. • Non-flash photography is permitted in the Tower of London, except in The Jewel House and The Chapel of St. John (in the White Tower) where no photography is permitted. • Extra measures may be implemented due to heightened global security. As a result, we may experience delays in getting through security checks. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, please do not bring large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour. • Weather can be very changeable in London, please make sure you bring adequate rain wear if required.
