Welcome to Pestoury Vineyard – a family tradition for 5 generations! Join a small-group, personalized tour led by a family member — Isabelle, Bertrand, or most often, me: Marie, their daughter. We start with a warm introduction around a detailed map of Bordeaux. You'll learn about the region's rich wine heritage and its 65 appellations, producing a wide range of wines — from bold reds and crisp whites to sparkling and sweet wines. If the weather allows, we’ll continue outside among the vines. This is where wine begins — in the soil, the grape, and the climate. We’ll share the story of our family vineyard, explain the grape varieties we grow, and talk about our transition to organic farming since 2020. You’ll also learn how the changing seasons shape our daily work. Next, we visit our cellar, the heart of winemaking. Discover how we transform grapes into wine — from fermentation to aging — and how tanks, barrels, and timing all influence taste and texture. The highlight of the tour is the tasting. You’ll sample a variety of our wines: dry and sweet whites, rosé, several Côtes de Bordeaux reds, sparkling wines, and our house-made grape juice (when available).
