Get your luggage delivered from the airport to your accommodation and vice versa with this express same day luggage delivery service. If you're arriving at the airport before noon and you plan to explore Bangkok before heading to your accommodations; or if you're flight is late at night, and you're already going to check out, you no longer need to carry all that luggage around with you! All you have to do is book, set the delivery time, and then claim your luggage at the airport after 4:00pm or at your accommodations after 6:00pm. This secure and efficient service makes your trip to Bangkok much easier!
- For luggage delivery to/from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage delivery to/from hotel, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
- For luggage delivery from hotel, upon checkout, drop off your luggage at the front desk and inform hotel that LuggAgent will pick up the luggage (please take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before leaving the hotel)
Inclusions
- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Customers will be charged by credit card for additional bags which are not booked in the order
- If the delivery is delayed, LuggAgent will deliver client's luggage to the appointed address by Fedex or DHL, without extra charge
