Bali, Kuta: Beginner Surfing Lesson With Windy Sun Surf School

You will learn how to stand up on the board and surf the waves. The first 20-30 minutes will take place in our class room where we will show you all you need to know about the ocean, it's waves and currents as well as the surfboards and other materials you will be using. After that we will choose the right board for your surfing abilities and walk to the beach where we will explain about the ocean and waves conditions again to make sure you will be safe in the water. Once you dont have any more questions about the surfing environment and your material, it is time to show you the right position and how to stand up on the surfboard. This will take another couple minutes on the beach followed by practicing the "take-off". Just before we hit the water, we will do a short, but necessary warm up to boost your performance and prepare your muscles for the upcoming activity. Our Instructors will be with you in the water and assist you to catch your first waves. Regular feedback from the instructors will help you progress faster. Back in the surf school, we wil go through the pictures taken during the lesson and give feedback to every single wave, so you get the most out of your experience!
