Purchase Summary
- The tour guide will contact you one day before departure. Please provide a local contact number for emergency situations for easy communication with the tour guide. If you are traveling by plane or cruise on the day before the tour, please inform us in advance
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
- Car seats are necessary for children under 8 years old in specific vehicle types; they can be rented through the local travel agency for USD$10/person/day. Please inform customer service while booking. Failure to comply may result in admission decline
- Minor travelers must be accompanied by at least one adult (18+) at all times
- Each traveler may only carry one piece of carry-on baggage or backpack (large suitcases and luggage are not allowed)
- Travelers sharing a room must use the same pick-up point, and room allocation assistance is exclusively provided for bookings made 15 days prior to departure or earlier
- Room types for two people feature two beds with no additional beds for additional people or children
- Hotel check-in is available after 3:00 pm and rooms are all non-smoking. Smoking in the room may result in a fine exceeding US$250, which will be the responsibility of the passengers
- Hotels charge US$50–100 as a deposit upon check-in, and will be refunded upon check-out
- Guests will be notified if hotel prices increase during holidays like New Year, National Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other extended weekends. Please look out for customer service messages
- The daily service fee covers airport pickup, hotel self-check-in (excluding Los Angeles), complimentary activities, and early departure charges

Please adhere to their rules: no photography on the stairs, follow the Navajo tour guide, avoid writing on the canyon walls, refrain from littering, do not bring a tripod, and do not climb the rocks. Failure to comply may result in rejection from participating in the tour, and no refunds will be provided
