- The driver will be asked for a guarantee of 800,000 CLP on a credit card, for damage to the vehicle or equipment
- The reception and delivery of the vehicle can be carried out at the following points in the region:
- Pick up - Drop off Puerto Natales Airport 40,000 CLP (additional per service) (subject to availability)
- Pick up - Drop off Cerro Castillo 150,000 CLP (additional per service) (subject to availability)
- Pick up - drop off Matrix Office located in Andres Bello #335, at no additional charge.
- We have 2 hours of flexibility in vehicle delivery
- The type of fuel used by the vehicle is benzine/naphtha or petrol 93 octane
- The vehicle must be returned with its pond full, as delivered, otherwise the refueling will be charged at the indicated value per liter (2USD/LT)
- Delivery and returns during extra hours will have an additional charge (between 18:00 hrs and 09:00 hrs), for OUT OF HOURS with a cost of 23USD
- Patagonia Planet Expedition allows border crossing into Argentina only, allows a special permit, which must be requested 7 working days before arriving at destination. Associated cost of 16USD
