Travelers will be able to show the booking confirmation by presenting themselves directly to the staff at the collection point. In case of bad weather and/or uncertain weather, it is the exclusive right of the Captain to decide whether the weather conditions allow safe navigation. If navigation is not possible, the excursion will be rescheduled or the excursion will be refunded
