If you have not been picked up by 8:25am, ask your receptionist to call us. Note: if you booked within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, we cannot guarantee hotel pick-up.

If less than 5 minutes remain before the tour start time and you have not been picked up, then please call us on the emergency number. • Wear comfortable, protective and respectful clothes.
