The experience begins early in Cusco with pickup from your accommodation. We embark on a two-hour journey to Ollantaytambo, crossing Andean landscapes, traditional villages, and rivers that shape the Sacred Valley. There, the team will accompany you to the station to board the train to Aguas Calientes. The train journey, which takes almost 1 hour and 30 minutes, immerses you in a setting of mountains and high jungle. Upon arrival, a representative will greet you and guide you to the minibus, which will take you through the curves and greenery to the entrance of Machu Picchu in 25 minutes. A 3-hour guided tour takes you through temples, terraces, and viewpoints, revealing the soul of this sacred city. Back in Aguas Calientes, you'll have free time for lunch, rest, or exploring. Finally, you board the train back to Ollantaytambo, and then the transport takes you to Cusco, concluding a magical day filled with living history, nature, and a spiritual connection with the Andes.

The adventure begins early in Cusco, with pickup directly from your accommodation or a prearranged drop-off point. Once en route, the tour vehicle takes us on a trip of about 2 hours to the train station in Ollantaytambo. The road is a prelude to what's to come: Andean fields, traditional villages, and rivers that meander through the imposing mountains of the Sacred Valley.

The encounter with the mountain range continues in Ollantaytambo, where our team is already waiting to facilitate your entry to the station. Without rushing or confusion, we'll accompany you and provide all the necessary information so you can board the train with peace of mind, depending on the type of service you've booked. The train ride is an experience in itself: almost 1 hour and 30 minutes crossing valleys, bordering rivers, and letting the high jungle envelop you on the way to the sacred citadel of Machu Picchu.

Aguas Calientes

Upon arrival in the charming town of Aguas Calientes, one of our representatives will be waiting amidst the hustle and bustle to welcome you and guide you through the next steps. After a brief meeting, begin the ascent to Machu Picchu aboard a minibus that, in about 25 minutes, will take you along a winding mountain road, gradually bringing you closer to the heart of the sacred city.

Additional Information

We will arrive early in the morning, at a time previously arranged at least one day in advance. The driver will be properly identified with a credential and will carry a sign with his or her name to facilitate the meeting. We will request a contact number to ensure more efficient communication on the day of service.

  • Take as a reference point the Plazoleta de las Nazarenas, located in the historic center of Cusco. From there, head down Pumacurco Street and continue until the first intersection with Waynapata Street. Turn left on Waynapata and walk a few meters. You'll find us at number 369.
