The soup dumplings come in four different flavors, including [Type 1]: Shrimp, ginger and asparagus, which start the meal with the crispy asparagus, and are paired with the sweet shrimp and ginger, leaving a lingering fragrance in your mouth; [Type 2]: Gin and galangal chicken, which uses gin herbs as the main flavor, bringing out the floral aroma of galangal and blending it with the sweetness of Taiwanese black-feathered chicken. Next is [Type 3]: Rum Turmeric Chicken, which perfectly combines the unique aroma of turmeric with rum, and allows you to feel the layers of chicken filling; and finally, [Type 4]: Whiskey Cream Liver Pate, which is inspired by the rich peat whiskey and paired with the creamy and smooth Taiwanese black-feathered chicken liver, as a beautiful ending to the whole basket of soup dumplings.

  • The meals will be prepared based on seasonal ingredients and will be based on the meals served that day.
  • Except for the condition of booking the restaurant, which can accommodate up to 2 children, children under 10 years old are not allowed to dine during normal meal periods; children over 11 years old are treated as adults and must comply with the minimum consumption rules according to the different dining periods.
