Please notify your order number or invoice number upon payment. Present your receipt and voucher upon check-in. Please arrive at the starting point 5-10 mins before departure time. Cancellation Policy during promotions In the event of a temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest (entitled to participate for free) cancels or is a no-show on the day of departure, a penalty will be imposed. The penalty will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels. Please ensure to notify us of any changes in your booking to avoid penalties.
