As you explore, take in the stunning sights of the island's beaches, villages, and homes while gaining insights into the local culture, history, geography, and Maori traditions. You'll have the opportunity to sample a variety of Waiheke wines, including Rosé, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, sparkling wine, and blends of Syrah and Bordeaux.
Indulge in a gourmet lunch at an acclaimed restaurant on the white-sand beach in Onetangi, located on the north coast of Waiheke Island. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Hauraki Gulf as you savour a delicious meal paired with a glass of wine.
After lunch, we’ll continue our journey to Onetangi Valley, where we will stop to taste more award-winning wines at two vineyards.

11am: Cable Bay Vineyard Wine Tastings at cellar door, exploring a variety of Waiheke Island and Marlborough–produced, hand-picked and harvested award-winning wines From here we drive through Oneroa Village and Oneroa Beach, Surfdale Village, Ostend Village past the Golden Mile of Onetangi where most of the Vineyards are located to the beautiful East Coast beach of Onetangi. Lots of scenic and commentry.
Gorgeous local restaurant right on the beach at Onetangi for a set menu lunch with a glass of wine. This restaurant is a firm local favourite.
Stonyridge Vineyard
145pm – Wine Tasting at Stonyridge Vineyards, nestled in a shimmering valley of olive trees, colourful vines, and the aromas of the south of France. or Postage stamps wines if Stonyridge is unavailable at this time slot.

We can pick up at accomodtation but only by request by emailing us, to give you the correct area to wait for us.
Meeting / End Points
- Waiheke Wine Tours LTD is located on Waiheke Island, so you must take the 10am ferry from Auckland to reach the meeting point. Your tour guide will be waiting for you at 10:40 am at Pier 2 of the Matiatia ferry terminal on Waiheke Island; you will be dropped back to this location at 345pm.
