During this interactive workshop, you’ll dive into the world of Belgian chocolate making. Guided by an expert chocolatier/host, you'll create your very own Belgian pralines from scratch. As you craft these chocolate delicacies, you’ll also get to enjoy a tasting experience of authentic Belgian beer(s). Whether you're a novice or a chocolate enthusiast, you'll leave with new skills, sweet treats to take home, and unforgettable memories from your time in Bruges.

  • We only serve alcoholic drinks for participants of 18 years old and above. Minor participants below 18 years old will be served non-alcoholic drinks.
  • The workshop is in English as people from all over the world participate. Our hosts can translate some parts if necessary.
  • Each chocolate station, also known as a chocolatière, is shared by two participants.
  • We use dark chocolate for crafting the praline shells. Milk chocolate is used for the ganache filling.
  • Age requirement: This workshop is for participants aged 12 and older.
  • Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

  • When you arrive at the address Sint-Gilliskerkhof 8, Bruges the wooden front door of the building will be open. Please enter the building. The workshop entrance is on the left at the end of the entrance hall. Our host will be there to welcome you.
