The travel date(s) can be designated within 29 days starting from 12:00 am on the day of redemption. If the ticket is redeemed on Friday or Saturday, the period will be extended to Sunday 4 weeks after the day of redemption (based on Taiwan time)

As long as you are a foreigner, you can enjoy a 15% discount when booking a high-speed rail ticket on Over The Planet, making your travel in Taiwan more convenient.

Please comply with the High Speed Rail Company's policy and go to the High Speed Rail Station ticket counter in advance to complete the ticket exchange procedure. If you miss your originally designated train, please inform the station staff at the boarding station and they will assist you in changing to a non-reserved seat ticket. Passengers taking non-reserved seats can sit in empty seats in the non-reserved seats car or stand at the vestibule.
After completing the Over The Planet online booking, you can also go to the Taiwan High Speed Rail Pass official website to pre-select the travel date and train number.
* After selecting the train, seats will be randomly assigned by computer. You cannot specify the car and seat.
The policy is only applicable to visa-exempt travelers, tourists holding tourist visas, and short-term visitors. It does not apply to those entering the country with a Republic of China residence permit or a Republic of China passport.

- This product is exclusively for foreigners (non-Taiwanese citizens). If you attempt to use a Taiwanese passport to redeem the ticket and are unable to do so, you are responsible, and no refunds will be issued.
- Eligibility: This offer is only applicable to travelers who are visa-exempt, hold a tourist visa, or are on a short-term stay of less than 180 days. High-speed rail has the right to refuse redemption if eligibility requirements are not met. This offer does not apply to those entering with a Republic of China residence permit or a Republic of China passport.
