Please arrive at the time specified on your ticket and follow the staff's instructions to queue up for entry. It is recommended to arrive at the McKinnon Hotel 30 minutes before the entrance time. The last entry time for the afternoon session is 15:30, and the last entry time for the evening session is 20:30. Latecomers will be refused entry.

Guests with conditions including but not limited to high blood pressure, heart disease, back or neck problems, anxiety, claustrophobia, epilepsy, or any condition that affects the sense of smell, vision, or hearing are not recommended to watch this show

There is no fixed seating for the performance of "Sleepless Night". It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes to watch the performance.

During the show, guests must wear Punchdrunk's iconic mask, which helps guests hide their identities and explore freely, and distinguishes them from the actors. Guests can only take off the mask in the Manderley Bar. The mask may cause discomfort to guests who wear glasses, so it is recommended to wear contact lenses to watch the show.

Bags, coats, overcoats and other personal belongings are not allowed in the theater. Cloakroom and storage room services are provided in the theater to store bags, coats and other personal belongings.

It is strictly prohibited to use mobile phones or any other electronic devices that make noises in the performance area. After entering the performance venue, you are not allowed to take photos, record videos or make audio without permission. The theater will provide a mobile phone bag when you enter the theater. The staff will seal the mobile phone bag when you enter the theater and unlock it for you when you leave the performance area. At the same time, please cooperate with the theater staff's inspection and deposit other electronic devices such as cameras, smart watches, tablets, smart glasses, etc.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in the theater. Dangerous items, plastic bags, food and drinks are prohibited. Before entering, you must undergo a security check by the theater staff. Items that are not allowed to be brought into the theater must be deposited.

There will be one-on-one interactive sessions during the performance. If you feel uncomfortable, you can immediately tell the actor to stop the performance.

During the show, guests are encouraged to explore on their own. When the show starts, guests and their companions may be separated and enter the performance area in different batches. The staff is not obliged to help guests find their companions, except in special circumstances (including but not limited to physical discomfort, mobility difficulties, pregnancy and other health and safety related situations)

Guests can leave at any time during the performance. Once a guest leaves, they will not be able to re-enter the performance area.

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
