- During periods of Sede Vacante, the Sistine Chapel will be closed to the public without prior notice due to the Papal Conclave (election of a new Pope). As this is a decision made by the Vatican, access to the Sistine Chapel is not guaranteed during these times. No refunds or discounts will be issued in the event of such closures.
- Restricted Items: Items such as weapons, glass, sharp objects, food, and alcohol aren’t allowed inside for security reasons.
- ID Requirements: Your booking name must match your government-issued ID, which is required for entry. Different tickets apply to adults and minors, so please book accurately.
- Dress Code: Please ensure your knees and shoulders are covered to enter the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Entry may be denied if you don’t follow this dress code.

- The exact address of the meeting point is Via Mocenigo, 15, 00192 Rome RM Italy. Our office is located about 200 meters northwest from the entrance of the Vatican Museums, going down the steps, take first left onto Via Sebastiano Veniero keep walking straight until the end of the street.

The exact address of the meeting point is Via Mocenigo, 15, 00192 Rome RM Italy. Our office is located about 200 meters northwest from the entrance of the Vatican Museums, going down the steps, take first left onto Via Sebastiano Veniero, keep walking straight until the end of the street and then turn right, you will find yourself on Via Mocenigo, our office is located in front of the “Cucaracha” restaurant. The activity coordinators will be easy to spot wearing a purple shirt with the company logo. Tickets have a strict entrance time. It is mandatory to be there at least 30 minutes before activity time as we dont want to leave anyone out. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entrance as this could mean the group has already left. Under those circumstancies as per standard policy no refund will be issued. In order to best serve you we kindly remind you that: Comfortable shoes are recommended Mandatory Dress Code: knees and shoulder must be covered to get inside Vatican Museum and Sistine. You might be refused at the entrance unfulfilling the dress code ID may be required for entrance (especially for guests under the age of 18). Guests who show up without ID cannot be guaranteed entrance. After-hours option does not include the basilica as it will be closed by the time this tour option is performed.
