For Skyline Luge Singapore:
- Not suitable for expectant mothers
- Skyride: Minimum height to ride accompanied by an adult is 85 centimeters. The minimum height to ride alone is 135 centimeters
- Luge: To ride solo, you must be at least six years of age and 110 centimeters or taller. Children under six, with a minimum height of 110 centimeters, can ride in tandem with a full-paying adult aged 17 years and over
For SkyHelix Sentosa:
- Guests must be 1.05 meters and above in height to experience the ride
- Guests between 1.05 and 1.2 meters in height or 12 years old and below may take the ride only if accompanied by a supervising adult
- Not suitable for pregnant mothers, guests who fear heights, and guests with limited mobility
- The ride is not recommended for guests who are unwell or have existing conditions such as motion sickness or vertigo
- Loose clothing and handheld devices such as selfie sticks and mobile phones are to be adequately secured during the ride
- The following items are not permitted on the ride: Hats and bags, sharp objects such as umbrellas, items made of glass, and outside food and drinks
- Due to safety reasons and compliance with regulations, guests may be turned away from the ride if they cannot secure their seatbelts. A test seat is available onsite for guests who wish to try it
