Qingshui Cliff stretches 21 kilometers between Pinghe and Chongde along the Suhua Highway. The majestic Qingshui Grand Cliff is particularly steep, with 5 kilometers of sheer cliffs towering over the ocean, making it one of the most breathtaking sights in Taroko National Park's Suhua section and one of Taiwan’s top ten scenic spots. In the past, the only way to experience this dramatic landscape was by car, along the narrow road between the cliffs and the sea. Today, you can paddle a canoe on the crystal blue waters, gazing up at the towering cliffs and the vast Pacific Ocean. After a safety briefing and training on the beach, embark on your journey across the ocean, with the endless ocean on one side and the towering cliffs on the other. - You may encounter jellyfish when entering the water, so please be careful.
- If you do not participate in the event due to personal reasons during the non-cancellable period, extensions and refunds will not be accepted. (Examples of personal factors: diagnosis, injury, menstrual period, car accident, oversleeping...) Participants are responsible for reading this clause before making payment, and understand and bear the risks themselves.
- Activities will run normally on rainy days. If the Central Weather Bureau issues sea/land or heavy rain warnings, the activities will be postponed or canceled.
- During the activity, if the above-mentioned alarm takes effect or the coach judges that the activity cannot be carried out safely and terminates the activity early, no refunds or replacements will be arranged.
- Late/no-show: If a participant is overdue for more than 20 minutes from the meeting time, the registration will be automatically canceled and no additional waiting will be required or participants will be accepted to join the event midway. Participants who are unable to participate in the event due to lateness/no-show will not be refunded or postponed. If there is a slight delay (within 20 minutes), please inform the coach of the day 15-20 minutes before the meeting.
- For those who subscribe to the non-cancellable and non-extendable plan, if the wind and waves are bad, the activity location will be moved to Liyu Lake, Hualien Xikou, and Sanzhan River, and cannot be designated.

- This activity is for two people per canoe.
- Due to safety considerations, please make sure that you are in good health. If you have sudden illness such as heart disease, serious cardiovascular disease, asthma, epilepsy or pregnant women, who are unable to complete the activity alone, or are extremely afraid of water, please do not register.
- If there are only one passenger participating, the coach will arrange other solo passengers or helpers to row together according to the conditions of the day.
