  • During the peak season, access may be restricted due to capacity constraints. You may have to wait in line to get in. And food supplies may not keep up. Please be patient and understanding.
  • The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.
