Shanghai Zoo (Shanghai Dongwu Yuan)
Your tour guide will meet you at your hotel at 09:00 a.m.. Then, transfer to Shanghai Zoo and start the highlight tour. Shanghai Zoo is a large-scale state-level zoo. There are more than 400 species of animals, such as giant pandas, golden monkeys, South China tigers, Manchurian tigers, Yangtze alligators, elks, but also animals from all over the world, such as giraffe, kangaroo, penguin, hippopotamus, sea lion and the like. You will visit the giant pandas and learn some common knowledge about animals. The giant panda area is fan-shaped, where an indoor exhibition area and an outside playground can be seen. You can watch the panda's every movement. Then, you will transfer to Qibao Ancient Town.
Qibao Old Street
Then, you will wander in Qibao Old Street and experience local lifestyle. Qibao Ancient Town is Located in the center of Minhang District of Shanghai, which has both the scenery of water town and a history spanning over one thousand years. The name originates from the Qibao Temple. You can see cricket displays and live cricket fighting shows at the Cricket Museum in town. Xintiandi
Xintiandi is a tourist attraction that preserves the historical and cultural features of Shanghai and integrates Chinese and western culture. Xintiandi is divided into northern and southern parts. The south is dominated by modern architecture. The north is dominated by Shikumen old buildings. Composed of Shikumen and modern architectural style, now it has become a hot and fashionable pedestrian street in the center of the city. Actually, it stands for the popular and leisurely life style of this city's new generation. The outdoor cafes, bars and romantic restaurants can be seen everywhere. Then, we will visit Shikumen Museum and learn about the living space and lifestyle of Shanghai people in those days.
