When you arrive at Tulum International Airport please follow these instructions to find the driver who will drive you to your destination: Please show the driver on your phone the Viator Confirmation Voucher upon arrival. The confirmation voucher will have all the necessary information about your booking. Once you land at the Tulum airport, you must first go through immigration and customs. We will be monitoring your flight and your departure terminal until you clear immigration and customs. After clearing immigration, baggage claim and customs, you will see timeshare and transportation sales clerks along the aisle, they will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and keep walking). - The company driver will meet you and welcome you by holding a tablet with your name written on it Our Representative will be located between the Dominos & the Starbucks. **If your reservation is with the white VAN, the driver will wear a long green shirt. **If your reservation is in our Black line, the driver wears a long black shirt. Please go directly to the exit doors which says “Transportation and Taxis Services”. Always stay alert for the official uniform with the STP Caribbean logo as there are many scammers at the Airport.
