Your guide will wait for you in the hotel lobby. • Your guide will have a sign with your name at the port or airport near the main gate by the colorful kobra face mural. •If you would like a different pick-up time, please send us a message. •At the beginning of the tour, please tell your guide your choice for art, history or nature focus. • In some hectic periods like carnival, we may not be able to complete the whole itinerary. • Unfortunately we are not able to change the pick-up time on the DAY of the tour. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: • Install and contact us on WhatsApp at +55 (21) 96638-2686 on the previous tour date for special requests, and to receive the guide´s contact to facilitate pick-up. • Your guide will be wearing a bright fuchsia with yellow collar polo shirt. • Airport pick-ups and drop-offs, as in Barra da Tijuca, will follow the tour duration (8 hours). • The tour duration is 9 hours with lunch, or 8 hours without lunch. Lunch is the main meal in Brazil. • Please note that busy times such as new years and carnival will limit the ammount of places to be visited. At carnival days streets may be closed for carnival parties which will make the tour go in a very slow pace. • Itinerary is customizable inside of Rio de Janeiro city only, being the areas north, center and south. Sites may be replaced by other sites, please consult us. ABOUT CHRIST THE REDEEMER: In the high season, we strongly recommend purchasing MORNING "Skip the Line" tickets on the Viator website, these are the only ones that don´t require a time schedule, which is perfect for the private tour! ABOUT SUGAR LOAF: In the high season, we recommend purchasing "Fast pass" tickets on the VIATOR website or the official website (bondinho.com.br) • Please note: Seniors (over 60) will pay half price at the Sugar Loaf ONLY, by showing a copy of an ID or passport and will have a special line inside. • Please note: It takes about 3 hours to visit SugarLoaf. There are 4 cable car rides. To see more places, we recommend a SugarLoaf drop-off. (Sugar Loaf is very close to Copacabana.)
