At your arrival, we are going to receive you with a delicious welcome drink called Chicha Morada, a sweet refreshment made with purple corn. We will start this amazing food adventure preparing two traditional Peruvian dishes. Our professional instructor will explain to us, step by step, how to cook the selected menu. Before starting, we are going to put on our apron and chef’s hat, and let’s cook! You will learn to cook one of these two types of menu: * Andean Menu: you will cook “Solterito”. As a second course, you’ll prepare “Rocoto Relleno”. * Traditional Menu: we will start cooking a tasty “Causa” as a first course. The main course is a juicy “Lomo Saltado”. * Sea Food Menu: we are going to prepare “Ceviche” as a first course. The second course will be “Pescado a lo Macho”, a delicious fried fish fillet topped with a delicious sauce. At the end, we are going to eat our own dishes, and a dessert.
