- Children under 3 years old can participate for free. Please indicate the number of children in your party when booking and bring their passports as proof of age
- On-site staff will accompany travelers, who can decide when to depart the tower within its operating hours
- Please note that the top floor is not wheelchair accessible, as there are no elevators available
- The top floor may be subject to closure due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, please contact Over The Planet customer service to request a partial refund
- Travelers will need to pay a €30 deposit when picking up the audio guide, which will be refunded upon return after the tour
- Due to the upcoming Olympic Games, the French government has implemented stringent security measures along the Seine River. Please note that from July 18th to July 26th, access to the peripheral area around the Seine (highlighted in red on the attached map) will necessitate a digital pass.
