- In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be informed 1 day(s) (at 12:00 local time) prior to departure by e-mail
- Once the air ticket and hotel of this itinerary are confirmed, if it needs to be canceled or postponed, if there is a fee, it will be charged separately. The actual amount of the fee depends on the reply from the customer service.
- Please be sure to check the flight at Taoyuan Airport or reconfirm the flight take-off and landing time on the airline's official website before taking the flight, so as to avoid temporary flight changes and not be able to receive relevant information in time.
- If the scheduled accommodation, transportation and other products cannot be used due to flight changes of the airline company, cancellation fees will still be charged according to the product cancellation policy.

- Continuing from the above, due to flight delay or cancellation factors, in addition to the supporting plan provided by the airline, please forgive me that the company cannot arrange free rescheduling, transfer to other airlines, free accommodation, or provide any other additional compensation.
- If you still want to go there as scheduled, it is recommended to book individual air tickets of other airlines by yourself, and the relevant additional expenses will be borne by the passengers themselves, please forgive me.
- The handling fee or fine for hotel cancellation depends on the amount replied by each hotel. If the housing is guaranteed for the whole process, if you want to cancel the trip, no additional refund will be made. Important Information
- If there is a need for three people to share a room, it depends on whether the hotel can provide an extra bed. The extra bed will be a double room (folding bed or sofa bed, etc., not a standard single bed). If the extra bed cannot be adjusted smoothly, then Please pay attention to the difference. .
